Very tender, thick and very airy pancakes. Great replacement sponge cake baked in the oven.
Ingredients for Biscuit pancakes
- Chicken egg - 4 PCs
- Sugar - 2 tbsp
- Salt
- Flour - 1 Cup.
- Cinnamon
- Milk - 150 ml
- Water, carbonated - 70 ml
- Vegetable oil

Step by step instruction of cooking Biscuit pancakes

4 egg yolks combine the sugar and cinnamon.
Beat.

Add milk and sparkling water and whisk.

Then add the sifted flour and mix well.

Beat the whites with the salt in a solid foam.
Whites add gradually, carefully and slowly stirring with a whisk until smooth.

The first pancakes are obtained with holes.
