Long been known to want to be thin - don't eat sandwiches! But our sandwich is another matter. It is quite possible to prepare as a light lunch or a hearty snack. And the body (for lack of a better word) tells us "thank you" :)!
Ingredients for Healthy sandwich
- Bun - 2 PCs
- Beets - 1/4 PCs
- Cheese - 40 g
- Apple - 1/4 PCs
- Banana - 1/4 PCs
- Vegetable oil - 1 tbsp
- Hell - 1 tsp.
- Sugar - 1/2 tsp.
- Lemon juice - 2 tsp.
Step by step instruction of cooking Healthy sandwich
The beets in advance to bake in the oven and allow to cool.
Wash the Apple, peel the beets and banana. Cut the Apple, banana and beets into small thin slices, cheese into small cubes. Beet grease with sunflower oil "they" apples and banana drizzle with half of lemon juice. To make the sauce, mix well all the ingredients.
Arugula wash, dry and put in a bowl (if desired, you can gently break it).
Put in a bowl the beets and cheese. Pour over sauce and mix well.
Rolls cut from one side to the half, forming a pocket. Spread a layer of Apple slices and banana, on top of it - a salad. Bon appetite :)!
