Ingredients for Salad with lemony lentils
- Lentils - 100 g
- Soft cheese - 150 g
- Olives - 1 Gorst.
- Arugula - 1 Gorst.
- Lettuce - 1 Gorst.
- Oil mustard - 2 tbsp
- Lemon juice - 2 tbsp
- Cherry tomatoes - 9 PCs
- Black pepper
Step by step instruction of cooking Salad with lemony lentils
For the salad you will need red lentils.
It must be boiled to a state of "al dente" (cover with water in a ratio of 1, 1.5, and to cook under a lid for 5-6 minutes.
Then drain in a colander.
Slightly cooled lentils, pour 1-2 tbsp of lemon juice and mix well.
On the dish, spread the washed greens (a mix of arugula and corn).
Drizzle with vegetable oil (mustard).
Spread out the olives and halved tomatoes.
