Cook quinoa as directed on package.
Prepare the filling. Mix the oil, juice from olives, oregano and squeeze the garlic.
The cherry tomatoes and olives cut in half lengthwise, if the olives are not large, it is possible to leave them intact.
Quinoa, spinach, tomatoes and olives, mix and pour with the dressing.
Cheese mash with a fork or RUB on a coarse grater. Add cheese to the salad and stir again. Since the olives and the feta cheese is salty then you first need to try the salad and decide whether to add salt. Add salt and pepper to taste.
The salad can be used as an appetizer or as a side dish.
