Dumplings is a great dish. Quick, tasty and healthy. Great for the whole family for Breakfast or brunch (or dinner or lunch). For use I replace the wheat flour of oat, and they can be cooked in a double boiler.

Formed from the dough small balls and slightly replusive.
Cook in lightly salted water until tender. Or in a double boiler.
Serve the dumplings with butter and cinnamon. Or any other sauce, and even fruit.
