Peas wash and boil in salted water according to the instructions on the packaging.
Onion peel, finely chop and fry in small amount of vegetable oil until Golden brown.
In a blender grind the peeled sunflower seeds with salt, cumin and spice mix.
To the crushed seeds add fried onions and peas, minced.
