Lentils and millet washed and cooked in different dishes according to instructions.
Prepare the ingredients for the sauce. In a frying pan in olive oil for 1 minute, fry the spices: turmeric, ginger, cumin, cumin, paprika.
Add chopped small cubes of vegetables: peel and finely chop the onion and garlic - sauté until transparent.
Clean and finely chop the carrots, add to the onions and cook for 2 minutes.
Then put the tomatoes without the marinade - preferably without skins.
Add to pan with cooked lentils and millet and stir.
Spread the cereal in a ceramic bowl, put in the preheated oven, or the microwave, close the lid and bake 10-15 minutes at a temperature of 190 C. Bake before serving.
Delicious, hot and flavorful casserole is ready! To the casserole, you can submit a salad of fresh vegetables.
