Bring to a boil peeled potatoes (add salt). Preheat a deep frying pan vegetable oil. I have here half portion and a pan small.
On medium heat saute the onion until Golden brown. Add chicken and saute, stirring, for 3 minutes.
Dissolve the flour in 400 ml water and pour into the pan.
Cook, stirring until thick. Add thyme and salt to taste. Add the corn and cook for another few minutes. At the end add sour cream, stir and remove from heat.
