Prepare all the ingredients: cabbage, sausages, onion, ginger, curry.
1. Shred the cabbage and onion and put into pan with butter, add a little water and simmer over medium heat.
2. Chop the ginger and add to the cabbage stew. Also add salt to taste. Simmer for 20 minutes until semi-soft state, stirring occasionally so that the cabbage is not burnt.
3. Slice sausages and add to the pan with the cabbage. Also put 1 tsp of curry. Simmer for another 10 minutes or until tender.
