Absolutely simple, unpretentious pastries for a family tea party. A great alternative to purchase the liver. Like and kids and adults alike! Recommend!

Butter softened at room temperature.
In a bowl whisk together egg and sugar.
Add condensed milk and stir.
Put butter and whisk until smooth.
Add spices. If spices, you can replace vanilla sugar, cinnamon and lemon zest (just take a little).
Add flour and knead the dough. Then remove it in the fridge for an hour.
Turn on the oven 190 degrees. Part of the test roll out on the baking paper, with a thickness of one cm, and a cookie cutter cut out the biscuits.
Put them on a baking sheet, grease with a mixture of milk and yolk.
Bake 12-15 minutes, until Browning. Will not overdo!
