Recipe in a hurry. The easiest recipe, but the meat turns out very tender and juicy. A prescription for a case of "fast and tasty", "Guests at the door", "got home Late from work" or just lazy long cooking time.

Cut into slices potatoes
Also cut the chicken fillet
Single layer of potatoes spread on the bottom of the form, the bottom of pre-greased with sunflower oil. (I have form - roaster on the bottom 25 to 20). Salt.
The second layer spread chopped chicken, salt to taste, seasoning as desired.
In the remaining potatoes add mayonnaise (or sour cream), garlic optional - without it, salt to taste and spread on top of meat (I did put the potatoes in two layers).
Put in oven on 180 *C for 35 min (my oven is super fast, as only the top of the potato gets crispy, the potatoes are ready).
