Offer to cook the fish in a rich and soft breading with stuffing of dried apricots.

Carp to clean, gut. Cut off the head and fins. Wash well with water, especially inside the abdomen.
For each fish make cuts. Add Kikkoman soy sauce, coriander and black pepper to taste. Mix the fish and put into the fridge for half an hour.
Pull the fish out of the fridge, into the abdomen of each, put the dried apricots.
In a pan pour olive oil and heat.
Coat the fish in flour, then in egg and crushed crackers. Then again in egg and cracker so the batter turned out thicker.
Lay the fish on the pan and fry until Golden brown.
When all fish is fried, spread it into the pan, cover with a lid. Proprium fish on a slow fire for 3-4 minutes.
Greens served to the table.
