- Beef liver - 400 g
- Fat - 100 g
- Garlic - 3 tooth.
- Oat flakes - 3 tbsp.
- Milk - 100 ml
- Onion - 1 piece
- Sour cream - 1-2 tbsp
- Ketchup - 2 tbsp
- Spices - to taste
- Vegetable oil - 1 tbsp
- Butter - 1 tbsp
- Water - 1 Cup.
Step by step instruction of cooking Liver cutlets "home"
Oatmeal pour the milk and leave to swell for 15-20 minutes
