Liver cake in a slow cooker

I'm not a big fan of liver, but a slice of this cake never give up))) Especially I like to prepare this snack baking the cake in a slow cooker, because then it turns out less greasy than fried liver pancakes. And of course my favorite toppings: roasted carrots with onions, garlic and cheese.. Delicious! Help yourself!
Ingredients for Liver cake in a slow cooker
- Liver pork - 400 g
- Chicken egg - 2 PCs
- Flour - 2 tbsp
- Onion - 2 PCs
- Carrots - 2 PCs
- Garlic - 3 tooth.
- Mayonnaise - 100 g
- Cheese - 70 g
- Black pepper
- Vegetable oil
Step by step instruction of cooking Liver cake in a slow cooker
Skip the liver through a meat grinder together with half of the onions, add the eggs, flour, salt, pepper.
All thoroughly beat with a blender. Pour in a greased bowl multivarki and set the mode Cakes for 25 minutes (I have a multi-cooker, and for just multi - 60+10min). Then, when the signal about the readiness of the sounds, open the lid and use the basket for cooking for a couple turns our liver cake and bake the other side for another 10 minutes.
While the cake is baked, cut onion into cubes, carrots three on a grater and fry vegetables in butter until tender, salt, pepper.
