The tank, which will whip up your smoothie, pour 200ml of yogurt.
Add red pepper on the tip of a knife,
Half a teaspoon of cinnamon
And half a teaspoon of ground ginger.
(I often do 1 tsp fresh ginger, grated on a fine grater)
Beat using a blender.
Cocktail is ready! Use preferably in the evening, ideally instead of dinner.
