Flavorful, hearty dish which is quickly prepared if you have already ready the chickpeas.

The pre-soaked chickpeas and boil until tender.
In a pan heat oil and add there all the spices.
Onion and garlic finely chop and send it to the spices. Diminish the fire to medium.
Carrot RUB on a small grater and sent to the pan, give out 3-5 minutes.
Then add the peas, cover, and simmer for another 5 minutes.
Then add finely chopped tomato.
And the boiled chickpeas, salt. Simmer again for 3-5 minutes under the lid, the tomatoes should be soft.
Add washed and chopped spinach, cook until it becomes soft. Eat with pleasure hot.
