A very easy dish, is cooked in the oven, with a spicy ginger aroma. Great for dining.

Minced chicken and season with salt and cook 2 oval patties. Roll in breadcrumbs.
Prepare the marinade: combine soy sauce, ginger powder and stir.
Put the chicken cutlets for 15 minutes in the marinade.
Chicken burgers, roll in sesame seeds, place in a greased baking dish and bake for 15 minutes at 200 degrees.
While preparing the burgers, prepare the vegetables-cucumber cut into long strips and twisted into rolls. The cherry tomatoes cut into halves.
Serve baked chicken with vegetables and green salad.
