Simple and healthy salad of red beans, green Apple and red onion.

Dark red Kidney beans TM"Mistral" soak for 3-4 hours, I soaked overnight. In the morning boil until tender.
The cooled beans in a bowl.
To the beans add the red onion, cut into thin half-rings
Apple, cleaned from seeds and peel, cut into strips
For dressing mix oil, balsamic vinegar, soy sauce, lemon juice, and pour into the salad. Mix well
Ready salad spread on lettuce leaf and sprinkle with finely chopped green onions
