Fasolada - Greek bean soup. It is very nourishing, tasty and healthy.
Ingredients for Fasolada
- Beans - 1 Cup.
- Meat - 300 g
- Potatoes - 2 PCs
- Eggplant - 1 piece
- Carrots - 1 piece
- Onion - 1 piece
- Tomato paste - 2 tbsp
- Olive oil
Step by step instruction of cooking Fasolada
1. Cut the meat into pieces ( I used beef ), fry it until Golden brown in olive oil.
2. The beans 10-15 minutes to boil, drain the water. I took grade Black eyes, beans, sugar, cooked quickly.
3. In the pan lay down the meat, beans, pour water and put on fire.
Cut the potatoes into large. Onion, eggplant, greens cut into cubes, carrot sticks and fry in olive oil.
4. Tomato paste dilute 0,5 stack. water and add to vegetables.
5. Saute a few minutes together with the potatoes add to the soup.
6. Cook until cooked, prepare the Basil and greens
7. Fasolada ready
8. In a dish sprinkle with herbs
