Step by step instruction of cooking Pork with leek in Chinese

Cut pork into thin slices.
Prepare the marinade.
Take soy sauce TM Kikkoman.
Add the grated ginger and garlic. Put the finely chopped chilli, if dry, as I have, then shred with your fingers. Sharpness make according to your taste.

Add roasted vegetables and simmer for 5 minutes.
