Lent continues, so you need to come up with new, healthy salads. The combination of vegetables and beans will give the body a boost of energy, and the unusual filling will be surprised by a new flavor.
Ingredients for Spicy vegetable salad with beans
- Cabbage Chinese
- Pepper - 1/3 PCs
- The Apium graveolens Dulce - 1/2 PCs
- Radishes - 2 PCs
- Beans - 1/2 stack.
- Garlic - 1 tooth.
- Vegetable oil - 2 tbsp
- Olive oil - 1 tbsp
Step by step instruction of cooking Spicy vegetable salad with beans
Black beans of Mexico TM Mistral rinse and soak for 3-4 hours. Then boil as instructed on package.
Garlic and ginger peel, cut into plates and pour the vegetable and olive oil. Leave to infuse while preparing the salad.
Cabbage wash and cut into strips.
Bell pepper also cut into strips.
Petiolar celery cut into slices.
Radish also cut into thin slices.
Any greens (I have parsley), finely chop and add to vegetables.
Boiled beans to cool and add to the bowl with the salad.
