- Lentils - 150 g
- Potatoes - 250 g
- Onion - 1 piece
- Carrots - 1 piece
- Vegetable oil - 3 tbsp.
- Mustard - 2 tbsp
- Tomato paste - 2 tbsp
- Parsley - 1 Puig.
- Dry white wine - 1 tbsp

Boil in salted water for 10 minutes, as stated on the package and drain in a colander.
