Step by step instruction of cooking Hot "Turkish island"
Beef cut into small pieces to reproach the fibers. Spread in greased with butter a large kettle, salt and pepper.
Onions cut into thin strips, put on the meat.
Mayonnaise diluted with warm water in proportion 1:3, pour meat with onions.
Cheese to grate on a coarse grater, spread over the onions.
The layers repeat in the same sequence. Put in the oven for 1-1,5 hours at 150-180 degrees.
