- Salt - 1 tsp.
- Basil - 1 tsp.
Step by step instruction of cooking Potato wedges
To start prepare all the necessary products: wash, brush the potatoes, peel it is not required!
Clean and wash the garlic cloves.
Prepare the oil and the necessary seasonings.
Cut potatoes: the shape of the cut depends on your imagination, the main thing is not to slice the potatoes very large and thick. Try to cut it approximately the same thickness, so that the potatoes are evenly cooked.
In the sliced potatoes, pour oil, add salt, spices. Basil I was winking, dried twigs, I shredded just rubbing between your fingers - the main thing not to drop the stems in the bowl! :)
Of course, all mix thoroughly.
Put our potatoes on a baking sheet (or formprovide - depending on what you have) in a row that the cooking is uniform.
Put our potatoes in the preheated oven on average 25-35 minutes depending on the thickness your cutting.
Retrieved the pan from the oven. Place on a plate.
