- Flour - 280 g

- Sugar - 140 g
- Chicken egg - 2 PCs
- Milk - 230 ml
- Vegetable oil - 4 tbsp
- Cocoa powder - 1.5 tbsp
Step by step instruction of cooking Cupcakes "dot"
For the dough I used sunflower refined deodorized oil "generous gift".
For the dough whisk eggs with sugar, add remaining ingredients, except cocoa powder. Divide the dough into 2 parts. In one part add cocoa.
Grease muffin tins with vegetable oil "generous gift". Spread the dough in the forms, filling each 3/4 full, and leave each dough 2 tbsp. l.. In the remaining dough add so much flour that it turned out like a thick homemade sour cream. Put the dough into the corners of plastic bags, the edge of the corners slightly cut. Instead of bags you can use a special pastry bags or syringes.
To make the test pots from the bags. Bake at 180 degrees for 20 minutes.
