Meat patties in a spicy tomato sauce

One day a friend told me that the cafe tried little cakes. The idea I liked! I wanted to recreate something similar. And I don't know what they were in the cafe, but my turned out very tasty!
Ingredients for Meat patties in a spicy tomato sauce
- Minced meat - 500 g
- Soy sauce - 2 tbsp
- Chicken egg - 1 piece
- Greens - 1/3 Puig.
- Garlic - $ 1.
- Vegetable oil
- Water - 2 stack.
- Flour - 2 tbsp
- Tomato - 1 piece
- Tomato paste - 3-4 tbsp
- Onion - 1 piece
- Ginger - 1/3 tsp
- Nutmeg - 1/3 tsp
- Peppers red hot chilli

Mince is best used mixed. And chicken to leave a little larger.
In mince add all the ingredients from the list of "Cakes". Mix well. Ideally, leave at least 30 minutes. Then the marinated beef, and the burgers are even tastier!

Fry in vegetable oil on both sides. Important - do not overcook! Literally for 2-3 minutes on each side.
For the sauce in a separate pan fry finely chopped onion. I fried in butter. With tomato remove the peel, finely chop, add to the onions.
Meanwhile, in a bowl, mix 1/2 Cup water and flour. The flour should be no lumps.
Flour mixture pour to the vegetables. Add the tomato paste. Add salt, mix thoroughly. At this stage you can add favorite seasonings. I use ground ginger, nutmeg and pepper.
Pour sauce our burgers. Cover with a lid and leave to simmer for 7-10 minutes.
Serve meatballs together with sauce.
