I often cook for dinner fish with vegetables and soy sauce, makes a delicious, healthy dish.
Ingredients for Salmon baked in parchment with vegetables
- Salmon - 250 g
- Carrots - 1 piece
- The Apium graveolens Dulce - 2 PCs
- Onion - 1 piece
- Cherry tomatoes - 6 PCs
- Dry white wine - 30 ml
- Butter - 20 g
- Soy sauce - 3 tbsp.
- Orange - 2 tbsp
- Pepper - 0,5 PCs
- Lemon - 0.5 tsp.
Step by step instruction of cooking Salmon baked in parchment with vegetables
First marinate the fish.
Mix soy sauce TM Kikkoman 2 tablespoons freshly squeezed orange juice. Pour the fish and leave to marinate for 15 minutes.
Prepare the vegetables. Onions, carrots, peel and cut into pieces. Half of the Bulgarian pepper clear from the seeds and also cut. Cut celery stalks.
In a pan add butter, lemon zest. Pour the wine.
When it boils add the vegetables.
Add soy sauce 1 tbsp.
Stir fry the vegetables until the wine evaporates and the sauce thickens. Last, add the cherry tomatoes.
On the parchment lay the vegetables, on top of our pickled fish, then vegetables again.
Wrap salmon with vegetables in parchment paper in the shape of a dumpling. And bake in a preheated 250 degree oven for 15 minutes.
