In vegetable oil fry grated carrots and finely chopped onion. Remove from heat and add corn.
Wash the rice and add it to the vegetables. Mix that all would be soaked with oil.
Put all in a baking dish, spread on top of meat, add seasonings and pour broth.
Cover form foil and put in oven for 40-50 mins at 180°C. Bon appetit!
