Almost Mexican stew

In this dish I decided to combine the beans of Mexico, which is used for making Mexican dishes, and our Russian traditions. And here are the pots turned out. Beans goes well with wild mushrooms and the result is a hearty, meatless dish.
Ingredients for Almost Mexican stew
- Beans - 1 Cup.
- Vegetables - 1 cat.
- Mushrooms - 300 g
- Onion - 1 piece
- Vegetable oil
- Tomato paste - 2 tbsp
Step by step instruction of cooking Almost Mexican stew
Rinse beans Mexico TM Mistral, soak for 3-4 hours. Drain, pour clean water and boil until tender.
Peel the onion, chop not very finely and slightly fry in vegetable oil.
On the bottom of the pots to put frozen vegetables. Season with salt and pepper.
For vegetables to put boiled beans.
The next layer spread the mushrooms (I have them pre-thawed).
The last layer put the fried onions.
Tomato paste diluted in one Cup of boiled water and cover the vegetables. in each pot half a Cup. The pot cover and put in the oven on low heat for about 40 minutes.
