I got a very dry ceviche, the meatballs didn't work out. So I had to make them in shape for cupcakes. Turned out very tasty and unusual. These burgers are cooked without a single drop of oil and is much healthier than fried. I hope this idea is useful to somebody!!!
Ingredients for Fish cakes-cupcakes
- Minced fish - 600 g
- Chicken egg - 2 PCs
- Semolina - 2 tbsp
- Soy sauce - 2 tbsp
- Dutch cheese
Step by step instruction of cooking Fish cakes-cupcakes
Fish mince to defrost, add Kikkoman soy sauce and mix well.
To the mince add the eggs and stir.
Add semolina and stir again.
Add the finely chopped dill.
Again mix well and put in molds.
Love the cheese crust, so you can sprinkle with grated cheese.
Put in the oven on a medium heat for 30 minutes. While the meatballs baked and boil the rice.
