Not the classic version. I want to offer you a very tasty, spicy soup. Options are many, we like it. Nourishing and meat soup will not leave you indifferent, and prepares absolutely not troublesome.
Ingredients for Solyanka in Georgian
- Rib of beef - 500 g
- Tomato paste - 2 tbsp
- Vinegar - 1 tbsp
- Onion - 4 PCs
- Garlic - 2 the tooth.
- Allspice - 10 PCs
- Pepper green - 1 piece
- Flour - 4 tbsp
- Cilantro - 2 Puig.
- Pickled cucumber - 3 PCs
- Vegetable oil - 50 ml
- Butter - 100 g
Step by step instruction of cooking Solyanka in Georgian

Sauce put in a pan with meat, stir quickly, and diminish the fire. Add salt, pepper and chopped cilantro. Give the soup to boil, and leave for another 5 minutes after boiling. Serve the soup with greens and onions cut into rings.
