Ingredients for Leun cod with the aroma of coffee
- Cod - 4 PCs
- Orange - 1 piece
- Dark chocolate - 30 g
- Cream - 20 ml
- Brown sugar - 1 tsp.
- Coffee natural - 1 tbsp
- Butter - 50 g
- Vegetable oil - 20 ml
- Soy sauce - 1 tbsp
- Black pepper - 1/2 tsp.
- Salt - 1/2 tsp.
Step by step instruction of cooking Leun cod with the aroma of coffee
Cod fillet RUB all sides with salt, pepper and grease with vegetable oil. Fry in a well heated pan on all sides until Golden brown.
Each piece of fish to smear a little softened butter and spread on a sheet of parchment. On fillet put a few coffee beans.
Tightly wrap the parchment paper and bake at 200 degrees for 10-12 minutes.
