Potato gratin with chicken

Always cooked just chicken with potatoes in the oven, but decided to experiment and make the dish more hearty and interesting. Of course, the cooking procedure is quite different, but it's worth it. Family happy! Try it:)

Ingredients for Potato gratin with chicken
- Potatoes - 8 PCs
- Chicken fillet - 0.5 kg
- Sour cream - 5 tbsp
- Chicken egg - 3 PCs
- Soft cheese - 100 g
- Carrots - 100 g
- Greens - 1 tbsp
- Seasoning - 1 tbsp
- Water - 0.5 stack.
- Vegetable oil
Step by step instruction of cooking Potato gratin with chicken
Prepare your ingredients:
My chicken and cut into cubes with sides of about 2/3 cm
Sprinkle fillets with salt, stir and leave minutes on 10/15. Then fry the fillet before the advent of the crust (if frying pan with ceramic bottom like me, then you can fry with no oil, but then it will extinguish).
Potatoes wash, fill with water and put on to cook.
Once the potato is cooked, allow it to cool. Then clean and chop coarsely.
Grease the form of vegetable oil and put sliced potatoes and a filet. Stir.
In a Cup whisk eggs with sour cream, cheese, carrot, herbs and seasoning, add water, and pour mixture in the chicken with potatoes.
Put in a preheated 200/250град. oven and bake until then, until you see signs for ready meals (about 30 minutes).
