Ingredients for Salad "Three bean"
- Beans - 150 g
- Pepper - 1 piece
- Tomato - 1 piece
- Sunflower oil - 3 tbsp.
- Mustard - 1 tsp.
- Soy sauce - 1 tbsp
- Lemon juice - 0,5 tbsp.
- Black pepper
Step by step instruction of cooking Salad "Three bean"
To prepare the salad, I used a bean Mix, TM "Mistral".
Before cooking soak beans in cold water for at least four hours, boil until tender and cool.
Bell peppers red and orange cut into slices.
Tomato is also cut into pieces. The chopped pepper and tomatoes and add to the cooked, cooled beans and mix.
Mix ingredients for salad dressing: mustard, sunflower oil, soy sauce, lemon juice.
Season the salad. Add the herbs, stir and leave for 1 hour, stirring occasionally. The salad is ready. Help yourself!
