What could be better for dinner than fish?!... Only if apples baked fish... or Vice versa! Invited to a delicious dinner!
Ingredients for Mackerel baked with apples
- Mackerel - 1 piece
- Apple - 5 PCs
- Onion - 1 piece
- Lemon - 1 piece
- Butter - 40 g
- Soy sauce - 2 tbsp
- Allspice - 1/2 tsp.
- Pepper white - 1/2 tsp.
- Juniper - 1/2 tsp.
- Potatoes - 500 g
Step by step instruction of cooking Mackerel baked with apples
Foil to make a container, on the bottom put the apples, onion and lemon, put the fish fillet flesh of apples. On top of the fish put sliced butter. Each container of fish to pour on 40ml of fresh Apple juice.
