- Butter - 60 g
- Brown sugar - 50 g
- Sugar - 100 g
- Banana - 4 PCs
- Cinnamon - 1/2 tsp.
- Orange zest - 1 tsp.
- Puff pastry - 250 g
Step by step instruction of cooking Banana tarte Tatin
Prepare the ingredients. Instead of sugar I took natural substitute Erythritol.
Weigh the butter and sugar. Sugar grind in a coffee grinder to a state of powder.
Preheat the oven to 180*C.
Butter put in a baking dish and leave to melt. Approximately 5-10 minutes.
