Soft and tender dough with a rich and flavorful with a stuffing of liver, vegetables and ginger.
Ingredients for Ginger-liver puffs
- The dough is flaky yeast - 250 g
- Chicken liver - 300 g
- Onion - 1 piece
- Ginger - 1 tsp.
- Soy sauce - 0.5 tsp.
- Carrots - 1 piece
- Yolk egg - 2 PCs
- Sesame - 1 tbsp
- Vegetable oil
Step by step instruction of cooking Ginger-liver puffs
In a frying pan, heat vegetable oil. Onions chop and fry.
Liver boil in salted water until tender, cool. Mince.
Carrots grate on a coarse grater and combine with the onions. Fry on slow heat for 3-5 minutes. Then add a twisted liver. Simmer for 5-10 minutes.
Then pour the mass into a bowl and combine with Kikkoman soy sauce and ground ginger.
The dough is thawed, roll out the layer and cut into rectangles. On one half of the rectangle to make cuts with a sharp knife. On another part of the dough put the filling and cover with another part of the test cuts. Edges well suscipiam.
