Ingredients for Bean-chicken cutlets
- Beans - 3/4 stack.
- Chicken thigh - 300 g
- Bread - 40 g
- Milk - 40 ml
- Walnuts - 30 g
- Onion - 1 piece
- Chicken egg - 1 piece
- Black pepper
- Cereals buckwheat - 3 tbsp.
- Vegetable oil
Step by step instruction of cooking Bean-chicken cutlets
Beans Kidney dark red TM"Mistral"soak for 3-4 hours, I left for the night. In the morning boil and drain in a colander.
Fry the onions until Golden brown
Soak bread in milk
Mince chicken thigh, nuts, beans, bread. Add the egg, salt, pepper, seasoning. Stuffing mix well.
Molded cutlets, roll in buckwheat flakes and fry in a little oil for 7 minutes on one side
Flip and cook for another 7 minutes or until tender
Serve with fresh vegetables
