- Cheese - 50 g
- Soy sauce - 3 tbsp.
- Lemon juice - 1 tbsp
- Black pepper - 1/8 tsp.
- Cream - 100 ml
- Onion - 1 piece
- Flour - 1 tbsp
- Vinegar - 1 tbsp
- Water - 400 ml
- Salt - 1 tsp.
- Potatoes - 600 g
- Milk - 80 ml
- Butter - 80 g
- Salt - 1/2 tbsp
- Nutmeg - 1/4 tsp
Step by step instruction of cooking Cod with potato-cheese coat
Firstly, we will fish. To do this, clean it from the innards and scales, then wash. Cut into pieces (I did 4 pieces). In a bowl mix soy sauce, lemon juice and black pepper. The fish put in deep dish and pour the marinade. Leave for about 30 minutes.
While fish is marinating, boil the peeled potatoes in salted water.
Ready potatoes turn into a puree with a mortar, then add butter and milk and again mash with a mortar, beat with a mixer. Add nutmeg and mix. Get air puree.
Now prepare the sauce. It will heat up in the butter. Add onions and flour, a little fry, stirring occasionally with a spatula. Now add vinegar, cream and water, season with salt and leave to stew for 5 minutes. Form for baking smazhem butter, put in it, marinate the fish and pour cream sauce.
Place on top of mashed potatoes, carefully smoothed out. Send the form with the fish in the oven, preheated to 200 degrees for 15 minutes. After 15 minutes, get the form and spread evenly on top of mashed potatoes with grated cheese. Again put in the oven for another 10-15 minutes.
