- Capelin - 500 g
- Potatoes - 4 PCs
- Onion - 1 piece
- Assorted vegetable - 200 g
- Soy sauce - 4 tbsp
- Vegetable oil - 4 tbsp
- Greens - 1 Puig.
- Flour - 0,5 stack.
- Semolina - 1 tbsp
Step by step instruction of cooking Capelin baked in the oven "And in the feast and in the world"
Prepare the products. Clean the vegetables, wash the fish.
In a Cup put the fish, add the soy sauce, stir. Leave for 10-15 minutes. Stir 2 times, so that the fish is evenly soaked with sauce.
Cut potatoes, onions and greens.
In a pan pour 2 tbsp oil and put layers : onion, assorted vegetables, potatoes, greens. On top drizzle with soy sauce.
Working in a Cup, mix the flour and semolina - get breaded for capelin. Every fish dip them in breadcrumbs and spread on a greased baking sheet.
Preheat the oven at the same time and put 2 baking trays with vegetables and with fish.
Bake 30-35 minutes at 160-180 degrees.
