I want to share a tempting pancakes with fish, which is very well complemented by the tomato sauce. You can submit them as a snack and for dinner to eat... what's there to be modest - on the holiday table is not ashamed to put. )))
Ingredients for Fish pancakes with tomato sauce
- Milk - 0.5 l
- Chicken egg - 1 piece
- Sugar - 2 tbsp
- Salt - 1/4 tsp
- Soda - 1/3 tsp
- Fish fillets - 700 g
- Soy sauce - 3 tbsp.
- Mustard - 1 tbsp
- Lemon juice - 3 tbsp.
- Chicken egg - 2 PCs
- Carrots - 1 piece
- Onion - 1 piece
- Soy sauce - 4 tbsp
- Flour - 1 tbsp
- Tomato paste - 100 g
- Butter - 50 g
Step by step instruction of cooking Fish pancakes with tomato sauce
First make a marinade of mustard, soy sauce Kikkoman and lemon juice.
Fish fillets shall cut pieces to form they were comfortable to wrap in pancakes.
Mix the fish with the marinade and leave for a while, while we make pancakes.
Of the necessary ingredients to make some thin pancakes, frying them on one side only.
Now fry our fish.
While pancakes are cooling and the fish make sauce.
Grate carrots, cut onions and fry them.
Whip the browned vegetables in the blender, adding Kikkoman soy sauce, flour, tomato paste... and, if desired, you can salt them a bit. In the process add a little water to the desired sauce consistency.
Bring the sauce to a boil, boil one minute and add butter.
Whisk slightly with a fork 2 eggs. It can be a little salt.
Dip pancakes in egg and fry.
