I offer delicious and juicy fish on a bed of salsa. The fish is flavorful, tender and succulent.

Take the cod fillets and cut into medium pieces.
Prepare the marinade: in a bowl mix soy sauce, honey and mustard, season with a little salt and mix up good until smooth.
Put the fish into a big bowl and pour the marinade, allow to infuse for 20-30 minutes.
Lay the baking paper on the baking sheet and lay the fish pieces on top lay the slices of lemon and fold the parchment. Put bake in a preheated 180 degree oven for 20 minutes.
While baked fish, prepare the salsa. Small cubes chop the peppers and tomato. Finely chop the onion and chop the parsley.
Put the vegetables in a bowl, pour lemon juice and salt to taste.
Begin the Assembly. First make a bed of salsa.
Then place the fish, decorate with greens or vegetables.
