Fricassee of chicken ventricles

I recommend to cook this easy to make, but incredibly tasty dish for dinner. Assure you will be very pleased.
Ingredients for Fricassee of chicken ventricles
- Chicken stomachs - 500 g
- Onion - 1 piece
- Green onions - 20 g
- Soy sauce - 3 tbsp.
- Cream - 100 ml
- Black tea - 100 ml
- Flour - 2 tbsp
- Vegetable oil
Step by step instruction of cooking Fricassee of chicken ventricles
To prepare chicken gizzards. Well be clean from film and grease, rinse thoroughly. Boil until tender in salted water with the addition of pepper. I boiled multiservice, it took me 20 minutes on it. On the stove stomachs are cooked much longer.
When ready allow to cool and cut into small pieces
Onion cut into cubes and spasserovat in vegetable oil
After some time, add green onions, fry a bit
To prepare the cream and strong brewed tea
To the onions add the prepared stomachs. Pour a little broth, literally spoon 3 (in which it was boiled stomachs), boil
Then add 2 tablespoons of flour. Evenly stir
Then pour the tea and cream alternately. All at once pour is not necessary. I recommend to pour in small portions, stirring well each time (the main thing not to pour excess liquid, and it can be a soup)

Add Kikkoman soy sauce. All stir well, turn off the heat and cover with lid
