Tasty chicken with fresh vegetables.
Ingredients for Chicken salad
- Chicken breast - 1/2 PCs
- Flour - 2 tbsp
- Soy sauce - 30 ml
- Olive oil - 30 ml
- Cabbage - 1 forks
- Pepper - 1 piece
- Carrots - 1 piece
- Red onion - 1 piece
- Green onions - 6 PCs
- Walnuts - 5 PCs
- Garlic - 1 tooth.
- Honey - 1 tsp.
Step by step instruction of cooking Chicken salad
Prepare all the ingredients.
Chicken fillet cut into strips, add 2 tbsp soy sauce and 1 tsp of olive oil, mix and leave to marinate a bit.
Add flour and mix that all pieces have been breaded.
Fry the meat on a heated pan with a little olive oil until Golden brown about 5-8 minutes. Fry in small portions, that each piece was separate and do not stick together with the others.
Carrots grate on the Korean grater or cut into strips.
Pepper cut into strips, onions small pieces.
Cabbage cut coarsely.
Make the dressing. For this mix a teaspoon of soy sauce, olive oil and liquid honey. Add the grated garlic and mix well.
Combine all the vegetables, add roughly chopped onion, crushed walnut. Dressed with vinaigrette and gently stir, better hands, that would not damage the vegetable strips.
On a plate put the fried chicken on top and fill with salad. Everything is ready. Bon appetit!
