Ingredients for Manna with curd-coconut balls

Step-by-step instruction of cooking Manna with curd-coconut balls

Step 1

To start to combine semolina with the salt and pour yogurt. Mix well and put aside for swelling monkey. Melt the butter and leave to cool to room temperature.

Step 2

Prepare the dough. Beat the eggs with the sugar and pour in the soaked semolina. Then add soda (slaked vinegar) and cooled butter. The resulting mixture was thoroughly mixed (I whisk it with a mixer). Flour to connect with cocoa, add to our mix, stir and pour into mold. Dough comes out a lot better to use a detachable high form. I have this form, so I used 2 tins. Get the cheese balls from the freezer and dip them in the batter, not deep enough to half balls. I, unfortunately, loaded too deeply, so the bulbs ended up not in the middle. Put molds in a preheated oven for 1 hour at a temperature of 180 degree (focus on your oven). Willingness baking I always check with a toothpick.

Step 3

After a time we reach our manna from oven and allow to cool a little, so it was easier to remove from the mold.
When I got my mannichi, laughed heartily))) Pay attention to them, You also see disgruntled face instead of cuts? Or I thought)))
Decorate the manna in its sole discretion. I sprinkled liberally with powdered sugar and top with a little confectionery thrown powder.
