- Cabbage - 500 g
- Soy sauce - 4 tbsp
- Ginger - 1 tbsp
- Garlic - 3 tooth.
- Vinegar - 3 tbsp.
- Brown sugar - 3 tsp.
- Dry white wine - 1.5 tbsp
- Vegetable oil
Step by step instruction of cooking Pork in a soy-ginger marinade
Wash the meat, dry and cut into thin strips to the meat is evenly marinated.
