Mouth-watering dish of red fish in the pot with cheese-soy sauce and vegetables. Divine taste and aroma that the fish just melts in your mouth! A full dinner for a friendly family, and may well be a dish for the holiday dinner!
Ingredients for Fish "Tenderness" in pots
- Fish fillets - 1 piece
- Butter - 80 g
- Sour cream - 150 g
- Cheese - 150 g
- Broccoli - 300 g
- Carrots - 1 piece
- Green peas - 150 g
- Soy sauce - 2 tbsp
- Yeast dough - 300 g
- Vegetable oil - 1 tbsp
- Water - 10 tbsp
Step by step instruction of cooking Fish "Tenderness" in pots
Frozen vegetables broccoli and green peas fill with cold water, sprinkle with salt and set on fire. Bring to a boil and drain off.
Fresh carrots cut into dice and fry in vegetable oil, a little salted and pepper.
Prepare the fillet. Cut into portioned pieces, at the rate of 2 PCs for one pot. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. I added another pink and green pepper.
Half of butter melt in the pan, add half of the sour cream and 50-70 g of cheese, stir well until smooth. The cheese sauce is ready.
Take heat-resistant ceramic pots (in my case 4). On the bottom put a small piece of butter, 1 tbsp sour cream and top with pieces of fish, sprinkle with grated cheese.
Then put the broccoli, green peas and carrots.
Now distribute the cheese sauce in every pot pour 2.5 tbsp of hot water and 0.5 tbsp soy sauce Kikkoman.
On top of the pots need to close up a yeast dough (I was baking, so the dough I had). Put all in oven preheated to 180 degrees, after 10-15 minutes the dough will begin to brown and then sprinkle with grated cheese and send it for 10-15 minutes.
Fish is obtained in such a thick sauce-broth, which perfectly combined our cap with the cheese! Eaten everything! Young children I posted from the pot to cool, so we see this photo. And adults to serve right in the pot, very tasty!
