I want to offer you a very tasty and flavorful dish-sauce of Georgian cuisine. It's stewed potatoes with meat and plenty of vegetables. Aromas soar amazing!
Ingredients for The sauce in Georgian
- Beef - 700 g
- Potatoes - 1 kg
- Pepper - 2 PCs
- Garlic - 4 the tooth.
- Onion - 2 PCs
- Carrots - 1 piece
- Tomato paste - 2 tbsp
- Spices - to taste
- Adjika - 1 tsp.
- Cilantro - 1 Puig.
- Coriander - 0.5 tsp.
- Vegetable oil - 100 ml
Step by step instruction of cooking The sauce in Georgian
In a thick-walled pot or cauldron pour oil and put the meat, cut into medium dice. On a fairly high heat fry the meat until Golden brown.
Meat put carrots, cut into slices, onion half-rings. Add 250 ml beef broth or water. Stew meat with vegetables over low heat for 1.5 hours.
Bulgarian pepper cut into large dice, potatoes, too, very coarsely and add to meat, mix well.
Add spices, coriander, tomato paste and adjika (if not such, then finely chop spicy green pepper).
Add another 200 ml beef broth or water and leave to simmer on a slow fire
10 min. until tender chop the garlic and cilantro, add. Gently stir and simmer for another 10 min.
