- Minced fish - 5 tbsp
- Onion - 1 piece
- Flour - 4 tbsp
- Nutmeg - 0.5 tsp.
- Soda - 0,2 tsp.
- Olive oil
Step by step instruction of cooking Fish-potato pancakes
So, fish meat. Onions finely crumble and fry in olive oil. Combine the onions with fish meat. Add nutmeg and soy sauce, Kikkoman and a bit of Provencal herbs that the pancakes turned out flavorful filling. Mix well.
Peel the potatoes and grate on a fine grater. Combine with egg and mix well.
Add flour and soda. Stir.
In a pan pour olive oil. Spread a tablespoon of potato mass. Put a little fish mass and cover it with potato mass. Pancakes fry on both sides until Golden brown. Served with sour cream and greens.
