- Salmon - 500 g
- Orange juice - 80 ml
- Dry white wine - 80 ml
- Soy sauce - 2.5 tablespoon
- Vegetable oil
- Black pepper - to taste
- Orange - 3 PCs
- Pepper - 0,5 PCs
- Red onion - 0,5 PCs
- Parsley - 1 Puig.
- Ginger - 0,3 tsp.
- Chili - 0,3 tsp.
- Salt - to taste
- Olive oil
- Sesame - 1 tbsp
Step by step instruction of cooking Salmon salad with oranges
In a container for marinating, mix the juice, wine and soy sauce.
Lay fish fillets in the marinade skin side up, marinate for 1 hour.
In a bowl put slices of orange bell pepper, cut into thin slices, and cut into thin half-rings onions.
Add ginger, Chile, salt and finely chopped parsley, zest - stir, leave for 1 hour.
On a dry pan fry the sesame seeds until Golden brown.
